I care deeply about how people live — not how they appear to live.

I’m drawn to the questions we often avoid:

  • What actually matters to us?

  • Where are we aligned — and where are we not?

  • What happens when we stop fixing and start noticing?

I don’t offer answers.

I offer space.

No filter. No fixin’.

Just life - shared.

My Approach

Janeé Hill is a strategic brand architect, television producer, and motivational speaker known for her bottom-line approach, out-of-the-box ideas, and a signature ability to make big things happen. Equal parts visionary and executor, she helps leaders move from overwhelmed to organized—turning big, meaningful goals into clear plans, smart decisions, and real momentum.

Janeé began her career at Southwest Airlines in leadership development and performance analysis, where she learned how strong culture, measurable outcomes, and people-first leadership can transform organizations from the inside out. That foundation launched her into the consulting world, where she built a reputation for practical strategy that works in real life—especially in high-pressure environments where clarity and follow-through matter most.

After years of coaching others to pursue their passions, Janeé had a defining realization: she wasn’t fully pursuing her own. That pivot led her to launch mHe3 Productions, a television production company committed to authentic, positive programming designed to make a difference. To date, mHe3 Productions has produced more than 100 hours of television programming, reflecting Janeé’s belief that media can be entertaining and meaningful—stories that spark connection, encourage growth, and leave people better than they found them.

In 2014, Janeé founded H3 Ministries, a nonprofit created to share the hope, help, and healing power of Christ through media, mentorship, and live events. Under H3, she developed S.E.E., a 28-day self-esteem program for girls ages 7–23. The program was piloted by Texas Christian University and is now being licensed to organizations across the nation—equipping young women with confidence, identity, and tools for healthy change.

Janeé is also an author whose work blends heart, humor, and hands-on truth. She wrote Diary of an Unbroken Heart, Simple Keys to Complex Change, and she is currently writing Diary of an Unbroken Business, a candid look at resilience, leadership, and rebuilding with integrity when life and work get complicated.

Today, Janeé continues to build at the intersection of strategy, story, and sisterhood. She is the founder of The Sacred Society, a safe, supportive community for high-capacity women of faith—women who pour out to others and need a place to be filled themselves. Through weekly teachings, daily encouragement, trusted expert conversations, monthly huddles, retreats, and interactive community experiences, The Sacred Society exists to create a culture where women are seen, supported, strengthened, and celebrated. For those ready for deeper, high-touch transformation, Janeé also leads My Sacred Squad—an intimate cohort of six women with 1:1 coaching, leadership-level problem-solving, and an annual retreat designed to help women make significant shifts and step fully into their next level.

Whether she’s consulting, producing, speaking, or building community, Janeé’s work is rooted in one conviction: people change when they feel safe, supported, and challenged with love. She builds programs and platforms that help women stop performing, start healing, and move forward with faith and courage—together.
