The Sacred Squad and The Sacred Society Community Covenant

The Sacred Squad is a Christ-centered community built on grace, truth, and love.

We are women who are growing, learning, leading, and living real lives—and we believe no one should have to do that alone.

To protect the heart of this community, we commit to the following:

1) We lead with love

We will love one another as Christ loved us—with compassion, patience, humility, and kindness.

2) We honor the person, not the title

We see and value one another for who we are, not what we do, what we own, or what others think of us.

3) We meet each other where we are

Whether someone is in a joyful season, a hard season, a healing season, or a questioning season, we will respond with grace and care.

4) We choose honesty over performance

This is a safe place for real life. We do not have to pretend here. We can celebrate wins, share misses, and be honest about where we are.

5) We protect confidentiality

What is shared in trust stays in trust. We do not share another woman’s story outside this community without her permission.

6) We speak life and truth

We encourage one another with wisdom, faith, and honesty. We do not shame, gossip, tear down, or use this space for comparison.

7) We share what we’ve learned

We believe our lived experiences matter. We offer what we’ve learned with humility, so others can be strengthened.

8) We support one another through every season

We are not here only for the highlights. We are here to weather storms together, pray for one another, and help carry the load.

9) We stay teachable

We come with open hearts, willing to grow, listen, and be stretched by God and by wise community.

10) We help protect the culture

We each play a role in preserving the warmth, safety, and integrity of The Sacred Squad and The Sacred Society.
